School President
Hello, my name is Millie, and it is a great privilege for me to continue the legacy of the NSG School President role throughout 2025-26!

Becoming this year’s Student President has given me many invaluable experiences, allowing me to develop my leadership skills and a new sense of confidence. The role has enabled me to become more involved in the wider school community and to help develop initiatives that support students across NSG.
Alongside a dedicated Student Leadership Team, we work closely to create an opportunity filled school environment, with our roles focused on enhancing school life for all students. Throughout my time in this role, I aim to build an approachable and supportive team that listens to students, values their ideas, and works to turn our ideas into proactive initiatives, while also acting as positive role models for students across the school.
I am particularly passionate about helping younger students make the most of their formative years at NSG, shaped by my own experiences from my seven years at the school. Working closely with the Student Leadership Team, we have centred our aims on building a community that feels inclusive, welcoming, and inspiring. This is reflected in our initiatives such as our Big Sister Scheme, Session Sprints, and our increased focus on charity events across the school.
Similarly, helping with the Wellbeing Café each week has given me the opportunity to give back to the school community and see first hand the importance of community initiatives, which I believe is a truly special part of NSG. This role has given me a wide range of skills that I know I will carry into the future, and I hope many future sixth form students take up this opportunity and benefit from it in the same way I have.
