Vacancies
At Northampton School for Girls, we seek to be one of the best schools in Northamptonshire and this is reflected in our high standards and expectations of all staff and students.
For teachers, you will have access to an outstanding CPD programme, which will enable you to continue to develop and grow as both an excellent teacher and leader. In return, we expect that you will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to provide high-quality teaching.
For support staff, we also offer CPD and this is often specialist in nature, given the variety of roles that support staff work at NSG.
In all of our recruitment activity, we look for individuals who will promote our ethos of respect and inclusion for all. We seek high quality applications from a wide spectrum of talented people, acknowledging that diversity in our staffing enriches our NSG community and the learning experience for our students. We are working to create an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and are empowered to do their best.
